How It Works
OperationsHERO can automate the retrieval and processing of your utility bills, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. We offer multiple ways to get your bills into our system.
Automated Fetching for Supported Utilities
If your utility provider is one of those we integrate with, we can automatically fetch your bills if you provide login credentials.
We are constantly expanding our list of supported utilities, so check with us and we can notify you if we add your utility. If your provider is not listed, you can still proceed, and we may be able to add automated fetching in the future.
Manual Upload for Non-Integrated Utilities
If we do not currently support automated fetching for your utility provider, or if you prefer not to provide login credentials, you can manually upload your utility bills into our system. We recommend downloading PDFs directly from your utility’s website whenever possible to ensure quality and accuracy.
Scanning and Uploading Paper Bills
If your utility provider does not offer digital bills, you can scan and upload them into our system. Please follow the below scanning guidelines to ensure the best quality and accuracy.
