Pat Buchanan is the dynamic CEO and Co-Founder of OperationsHERO, a visionary company dedicated to creating innovative, affordable solutions for facility operations staff in educational institutions. With a rich career spanning over three decades, Pat has dedicated 27 years to working with educational institutions across the country, focusing on maintenance and operations.
Before founding OperationsHERO in March 2021, Pat was the brains behind PBR Data Consulting, where he leveraged his expertise to integrate data across various departments, providing valuable insights and tailored solutions to meet diverse departmental needs. His career also includes am 18 year tenure at Brightly, formerly Dude Solutions, starting as the Director of Solution Consultants and eventually leading as the Director of Data Analytics. Here, Pat developed and managed national benchmark standards and key performance indicators, significantly influencing every vertical market he touched.
Ben Hall has carved a unique career path that spans across education maintenance and socio-economic research. Currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School since August 2019, Ben brings a hands-on approach to facilities management in Rabun Gap, Georgia. His role involves maintaining school facilities
to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
Prior to his current role, Ben had an extensive eleven-year tenure as a Researcher and Operations Manager at several prestigious organizations, including the Socionomics Institute, Elliott Wave International, and the Socionomics Foundation. His work focused on blending his expertise in sociology and history to guide operational strategies and research initiatives.
