ClassLink Single Sign-On is now available!
We’ve added ClassLink as a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider to make your life just a little bit easier.
If your school or district already uses ClassLink, you can now log into OperationsHERO with one click—no need to remember another username or password. Just launch from your ClassLink dashboard, and you’re in.
To turn this on, simply turn on within your console.
Comment from Your Inbox
You can now reply to OperationsHERO emails directly from your inbox.
No more logging in to answer or post a question in the comment section! You can now reply to OH emails directly from your inbox.
When a team member leaves a comment or asks a question in HeroHQ or EventHQ, you no longer have to log in just to respond. Just hit reply from your email, and your message will post right back to the thread.

New: Tiered Approval Flows for Events
You now have way more control over how event approvals are handled—no more workarounds or one-size-fits-all setups.
You can set up a flow under event settings that applies to all your venues. For those venues that don’t quite follow the same flow as the others, you can override the global settings and create a venue-specific flow.
